Return Policy

We’re serious about customer satisfaction. If there are any problems with your order or an incorrect charge on your credit card, call us at 614-792-6284 or email us at info@mathplusacademy.com. We’re here to help straighten any issues out.

And fair warning — banks are banks. Credits or adjustments can take up to 7–10 days to appear in your bank account.

Privacy Agreement

Math Plus collects certain information through its websites and mobile sites, located at www.mathplusacademy.com, Your privacy is important to Math Plus and this Privacy Policy lays out our policies and procedures surrounding the collection and handling of such information.

Math Plus may collect the following information from users of our Sites: first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, cross streets, phone number, e-mail address, Sites-specific display name, GPS location (mobile site) and credit card information (collectively, “Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”). Sites are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 and Math Plus does not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 13. Use of Sites services requires that you register and/or create an account (“Account”) or use the Sites as a guest. In addition to the PII set forth above, Math Plus may collect information regarding Account holders’ past orders, customer service inquiries and service.

Security

Math Plus uses reasonable security measures equal to or exceeding industry standard to protect PII from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification and disclosure. Unfortunately, even with these measures, we cannot guarantee the security of PII. By using the Sites, you acknowledge and agree that Math Plus makes no such guarantee, and that you use the Sites at your own risk.
